Business Ally

 The Southwest Virginia Pride, Inc. Business Ally Program recognizes and partners with businesses that actively support and affirm the LGBTQ+ community across our region. The program is free to join, making it an accessible way for local businesses and organizations to show their commitment to inclusion, equity, and respect for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

 Business Allies play a vital role in strengthening Southwest Virginia by helping create safer, more welcoming spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can live, work, and thrive. Participation in the program signals to employees, customers, and the broader community that a business values diversity and stands against discrimination. As part of the program, Business Allies receive a Southwest Virginia Pride, Inc. Business Ally decal to display in their window or workspace, serving as a visible sign of support and allyship.

 Businesses looking to deepen their impact are encouraged to explore additional opportunities to support the community, including sponsorship of SWVA Pride Fest or the Vega Community Center. These sponsorships help sustain Pride celebrations, provide vital community space, and fund year-round programming, education, and advocacy efforts across Southwest Virginia.
